Q: How easy is it to change filters?
A:
1. Pull out the bottom filter case.
2. Separate the carbon filter ③ and HEPA filter ④ from the pre filter.
3. Replace them with new filters.
4. Place them back into the filter case.
5. For the VK 103: Repeat the process for the top filter case.
6. Press the UP button on the Display for at least 5 seconds, to reset the Filter timer to zero.

Q: What is the expected life of a HEPA Filter?
A: This is dependent on the frequency of use and the environment the system is run in. 6000 hours of operation is an average estimate.

Q: How can I tell when my filters require changing?
A: Indoor air quality sensors on the devices will light the lamp red on the Filter LED of the control panel indicating that the filters need to be cleaned and replaced.

Q: Is there any danger of UV exposure from the use of this product?
A: There are no UV risks associated with the devices in use. The UV reactor chambers and fans are sealed to ensure there is no risk of harm and UV exposure.

Q: Can I pick up a Virus Killer to rent?
A: If you are in the LA area, we can arrange for a will call at 777 North Georgia Avenue, Azusa, CA 91702. A scheduled appointment will be required between 8:00 am and 4:00 PM for a pick up. The Virus killer must be transported in an enclosed van or similar vehicle for safe, weatherproof transport.

Q: Is the delivery and pickup cost included in the rental?
A: No, delivery fees for pickup and delivery are in addition to the rental and are paid for at the time of the rental purchase.
